Hello!— I’m Chasten Fulbright, a built environment wonk and property operations nerd with a deep passion for crafting captivating stories. With 25 years of experience, my approach begins and ends with the end user. After all, it’s their story we’re telling.

I’m most passionate about inspiring people to believe in themselves and others. We can truly do great things together. Doing great things in the built environment means more of us get to benefit from them.

I got here like most people get places — via roads we never expected taking. From the big skies of Montana to a tiny college in Kirkland, WA, to a tinier apartment in the University District in Seattle, I landed firmly in the grasp of property management. And from that part-time basement apartment resident manager gig, I gained expertise across the gamut of the property management industry. The first leap was becoming VP of Asset Management for a subsidiary of the Wilkinson Family of Companies out of Yakima, WA, where I was tasked with starting a property management division in Ames, IA. My second leap was to return home to Seattle and work for the venerated development and management company, Lorig.

My biggest leap was to join my colleagues as a founding partner of Blanton Turner. During those 13 years, I established a solid development consulting practice and an in-house brand agency aptly named BT Creative. I was fortunate enough to work on projects like Chloe, Arrivé, 400 Fairview, 9th & Thomas, and the Seattle Storm Center for Basketball Excellence.

I serve on the board of Community Roots Housing, keeping my feet firmly planted in affordable housing. My involvement with the Capitol Hill EcoDistrict embeds me in community, social, and environmental sustainability. These are core to my values.

My greatest pleasure has, and will always be, the people I have been able to grow with over the years. It is in these relationships and the relationships to come that true value will be created.
